Given the "photo shoot" took place up stairs in a small ski condo bedroom I think the photos came out pretty sweet. Good work Hylands! Its a Team Issue Slope Style/4X bike... He's riding one of the 4 that we've built so far, unfortunately it's not available to the public at this time. 
That is indeed an angle set. If you like it and would buy one, you should email Trek, maybe they'll listen ;-)
